Chia seeds come from South America and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. They can be lightly toasted and crushed and then sprinkled over salads, or other meals to add taste and texture. You can also sprout them and even make up Chia gel to use as a base for smoothies or shakes.

Our Website
The Wilton Wholefoods website is open to both trade and domestic customers. We provide a wide range of products, some of which are sold in trade sized packs (at trade prices too). The large packs of 10kg and over are generally a single unit and are not divided into smaller packs thus saving packaging and expense.
