A: We take our responsibilities on allergens very seriously here at Wilton Wholefoods. We make sure all our products are correctly labelled to comply with the current legislation and have in place procedures to minimise cross contamination. If a known allergen is present in one of our packets as a listed ingredient, it will be clearly shown in bold on the label. Unfortunately, as we handle many allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, wheat gluten, celery, sesame, mustard, soya, milk and sulphur di-oxide, it means we cannot be nut or gluten free (for example) in products which these items are not listed as ingredients. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please just get in touch. Furthermore, many of our bulk products which haven't been processed by us (ie remain in their original packaging) may be suitable for you if you have a particular allergy.
A: Yes we do! We have supported our local hospital charity, The Stars Appeal at Salisbury District Hospital for the past 5 years. We sponsor events, make regular donations and also give out free packs of goodies at various local events on their behalf. You can find out about them here
