100% natural wholegrain with no added sugar, salt or additives. 'Wholegrain' means the entire edible part of the grain, which includes the germ, endosperm and the bran.
To prepare: Boil 430ml of water or milk in a saucepan and slowly add 40g of Medium Oatmeal, stirring continuously. Keep stirring gently until the mixture begins to thicken. Reduce the heat and gently simmer for about 20 minutes or longer if you like a thicker porridge.
