Use Ferns' Green Masala Curry Paste to make a delicious, fragrant and authentic curry.
Green Masala Recipe:
3 tsp Green masala paste
200g Diced chicken
1 chopped green pepper
100g Mange tout or sugar snap peas
100ml Chicken stock
250ml Coconut milk
Method: Pan fry the diced chicken and curry paste for 3 minutes. Add the chopped peppers and slice the mange tout in half and add. Add the chicken stock and reduce. Stir in the coconut milk to thicken. Serve!
