Use Ferns' Vindaloo Curry Paste to make a delicious fragrant and authentic curry.
Vindaloo Curry Recipe: (Serves 2) You will need:
3 teaspoons Ferns' Vindaloo paste
2 diced chicken breasts
1 tablespoon oil
4 chopped tomatoes
200ml water
Method: Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chicken and curry paste and fry for 5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve. Ingredients: Water, Chilli powder, Sunflower oil, Salt, Fenugreek powder, Cumin powder, Mustard, Turmeric powder, Acetic acid.
