Prawn relish Recipe: 250g prawns, shelled and de-veined 5tsp Ferns' Prawn Balichow 1 small onion finely chopped 1tbsp butter 1tbsp oil Salt and pepper to taste
Method: Melt butter in a pan and fry the chopped onion until translucent. Add Ferns' Prawn Balichow and sauté on a high flame. Set aside. Chop prawns and add salt and pepper. Fry seperately in the oil on a high flame for 1 minute. Add the onion and Balichow mixture. Stir well and serve on toast squares, pitta halves or savoury biscuits.
