Prunes are simply dried plums. They have a lovely strong, sweet and distinctive taste and can be enjoyed as a snack, in home baking, or stewed along with custard or Greek yogurt.
To soak, simply pour on boiling water and let stand for 30 minutes. No need to soak overnight, or simmer in a pan.
Ingredients:
Prunes, Sunflower oil, Preservative E202.

These prunes are mechanically stoned and there is always the possibility of a stone or fragment remaining in the prune - Please check before consuming.
