Traditionally from Japan, rice crackers have been enjoyed across the Far East for generations, and are a good alternative to crisps and fried snacks. They are baked, not fried, flavoured with soy sauce, seaweed and chilli and best of all they taste great!
Ingredients: Rice (68%), Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt), Wheat Flour, Sugar, Peanuts (5%), Modified Starch (Corn, Tapioca), Glucose Syrup, Starch (Potato, Tapioca), Sesame Seeds, Colour(Caramel, Paprika Extract, E141ii), Seaweed, Maltodextrin, Salt, Yeast Extract, Chili Powder.
