Add 50g of Tom Yum paste into 600ml boiling water, stir thouroughly.
Add 200g of fresh shrimp or fish and 150g of mushrooms or other vegetables
Cook until well done
Add lime juice, fish sauce, taste and season as required.
For a thick Tom Yum soup, replace half of the water with coconut milk. Ingredients: Lemongrass, Soybean oil, Sugar, Shallot, Hydrolised soy protein, Dried red chilli, Water, Garlic, Galangal, Fish sauce (Anchovy), Flavour enhancer: E621, Dried Shrimp, Kaffir lime peel.
