This is good polenta. My family is Italian and we know about polenta. We eat a lot of it in Italy. For one small portion, add 50g to 200mls lightly salted water. Cooks beautifully without sticking unduly to the pan to form a nice firm dough. If you like your polenta sloppy and sticky don't buy this polenta. Find an inferior one. Buon appetito!
