A delicious whole grain rice. It has a lovely ‘nutty’ taste to it and is a tastier alternative to white rice.
Directions for use:
Rinse well in cold water before use. Place in boiling water, allow to come back to the boil, then cover and cook on a very low heat for approximately 30 minutes or according to taste.
