Rice flour is made by stone grinding the inner grain of rice once the outer husk has been removed. It is commonly used in Asian cuisine but is also a great alternative to wheat flour as it does not contain naturally occuring gluten.
Although this product doesn't contain gluten, it is packed in an environment containing wheat, barley, rye and oats.
