They're lovely in salads, and can make delicious stews or spicy beans, pairing deliciously with smoked paprika.Directions: Soak beans in cold water for a minimum of 8 hours (or overnight). Rinse the beans thoroughly and place in a pan of cold unsalted water. Bring the water to the boil and do a rapid boil of 10 minutes. Cover and simmer for a further 60 minutes until the beans are tender.
