There is a shortage of apricots due to adverse weather in Turkey

Due to a lack of availability, we have temporarily delisted Natural (Unsulphured) Apricots until further notice. This is why you will not see them when searching!

Turkey's last crop of apricots was much smaller than that of previous years which has meant that there are fewer apricots available. The industry has prioritised the regular, orange apricots instead of the natural, unsulphured apricots. We have now reached the end of our stock and will not be buying more until there is good quality raw material available. This may happen around October/November but it is unknown at this time.

We were able to purchase several tonnes of regular (orange) apricots, but there were no remaining stocks of the unsulphured variant.
