Some say that the ‘big bits’ from our Bombay Mix are the best part. These ‘big bits’ are known as Gathia, they are very lightly spiced and have a subtle flavour and a soft texture. We then mix them with our super crunchy garlic and sesame sticks to create a super tasty blend!
