Bicarbonate of soda 1Kg TUB

Often called sodium bicarbonate or baking soda, bicarbonate of soda is used in home baking to raise soda breads, or for adding to gingerbread and Amercian style pancakes. It is often combined with buttermilk, or yogurt as it needs an acid to activate.
