Our mixed peel comes from Southern Italy and is a delicious chopped blend of lemon and orange. It has a wonderful citrus flavour and is an essential ingredient to any home baker's larder.
Ingredients:
Orange Peel (45%) , Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Lemon Peel (14%), Citric Acid (E330).

May contain traces of Sulphites
