Our mixed peel comes from Southern Italy and is a delicious chopped blend of lemon and orange. It has a wonderful citrus flavour and is an essential ingredient to any home baker's larder. Don't just save it for your Christmas cakes and puddings though - try adding to crumbles, flapjacks, steamed puddings or bread and butter pudding!
Ingredients:
Orange Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Lemon Peel, Citric Acid (E330).

May contain traces of Sulphites
