At certain times of the year, dates may appear firmer than usual and have a toffee like consistency. This is easily rectified by gently warming them, either in a microwave (4 seconds per date) or on a radiator (in an appropriate container).

Our dried dates are delicious! They are great with natural yogurt for breakfast, or used in puddings and home baking where their natural sweetness adds to the flavour. Dates also make a great chewy snack. These dates are naturally dried, so it's always best to check or wash them before use.
