Red Glace Cherries 10Kg

Our red glace cherries are slightly darker and come from the South of France and have an incredibly good flavour. They are perfect for home baking and great for cake decorating and also for use as an ingredient. Our favourite is cherry and coconut cake!
Ingredients: Cherries, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Citric Acid, Preservative: E220 (Sulphites), Colouring E127.
Please note: These cherries are mechanically pitted. There is always a very small chance that pieces of stone may remain. For best baking results, rinse and dry before use.
