A deliciously wholesome vegetarian loaf packed with Cranberries and cashew nuts. Serves 2-3, Source of Protein, Vegetarian, Vegan, and Gluten Free. High in Fibre
Not just for vegetarians! Also great a s stuffing! Easy cook method: 1. Pour contents of sachet into a bowl. Add 200ml cold water. Mix and let sit for 5 mins. 2. Transfer mix into the baking tray provided. 3. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F (Gas mark 4). Bake for 35-40 mins until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to cool a little. Slice and serve as desired. Ingredients: Cashews (23%), Sweetened Cranberries (13%), Ground Peanuts, Peanuts, Gluten free rice flour, Maize Flour, Minced Onion, Gluten free Breadcrumbs, Potato, Carrot, Onion, Green Beans, Cabbage, Leeks, Dried Mushrooms, Red Peppers, Gluten Free Baking Powder, salt, mixed herbs, black pepper.
